The New Pollution

I'm giving this recipe 4 out of 5 Stars.

This recipe is smooth and tasty, without too much citrus for a change. Add the ingredients in the given order for best results. Let the juicer take its time with the more fibrous additions- it'll yield more juice that way. Juices are good for about 24 hours after preparation when refrigerated. Be sure to store in a sealed container if you're saving it for later.

Preparation:

Wash fruits and veggies appropriately. Peel the citrus and mango and quarter the apples. Take stems off strawberries, and cut the end off the carrots.

The New Pollution

4 cups Spinach
1/2 cup Broccoli
1 Fuji Apple
1 Pear
1/4 cup Cucumber
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Pineapple
5 Carrots

Makes about 24 ounces.
